Q: QuestionFor owner of this product, are your earbuds still hold charge well over a year? Reason I asked is I got the SM-R170 version and the one of the buds completely died out on me, it will not charge whatsoever, happened couple days after the warranty ran out.

• A:Answer Yes, they are compatible with the Samsung Galaxy Note 20, they also work with iPhone 11 which I found surprising. I use them mostly with my Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra phone and they are amazing and work perfectly with no issues.

• A:Answer I have used the voice-activated feature with Bixby, but to be honest I have yet to figure it out and get it to work properly. There is a steep learning curve to using it and I have never really had the patience to deal with it.

• A:Answer No. When connected to a blue tooth enabled system, they are just ON. Their microphones (4 of them) will pick up and transmit any sounds, including voice. When you are not speaking, they do not go to sleep. If you are connected to a smart phone or computer Zoom (or similar) call, you can, of course, mute the output at the device.

Battery life is very good with the Bugs +, at least twice as long compared the latest model (Buds Live). Highly recommend using these earbuds rather than the Apple equivalent.
