A:AnswerI haven't had those issues. I would exchange them at the store. Sounds like you may have a defective set. The option would be to do a full reset.
A:AnswerNo u cant try em out in store! But you can buy em, try em out and return em within 14 days if you dont like them! But Galaxy Buds are better than Airpods hands down!
A:AnswerHi, Jason. The Galaxy Buds have a feature called Ambient Aware that allows you to control how much surrounding noise you let in. Thank you for asking this question. ^Kayla
A:AnswerIt does come with it. It's kind of hidden underneath the top of the box. There's a small white tab that you pull on and it's located there. Hope this helps.
A:AnswerYes! The Galaxy Buds are able to connect to Samsung TVs. I have included a link with steps on how to accomplish this. Thank you for asking this question. ^Kayla

A:AnswerYes! The Galaxy Buds are able to deliver calls, your favorite podcasts and music you love while walking, working or working out. Thank you for being a part of Samsung. ^Kayla
A:AnswerI don't even own a Galaxy Android phone and my Samsung Galaxy earbuds work superbly. I would imagine they would work with any Samsung Galaxy device.
A:AnswerHello NateK417, good question! Your voice will always come through when taking a call on your Samsung earbuds, even in crowded areas. Each earbud features an internal microphone and two external microphones that help filter out noise. You’ll be able to hear during a call thanks to the internal microphone that limits surrounding noises. The external microphones focus on your voice so you can be heard clearly without interruption. ^Elizabeth
A:Answerthe noise cancelling compensates for the motorcyle and the noise of riding it! these are great for riding! highly recommend! Just make sure you have the right size in ear piece and they fit snug in your ears.. the right fit is important for noise quality and not losing them while riding.
A:AnswerIn the Galaxy Wearable app there's a setting near the bottom called "ambient noise." If you turn it off that should do it.
You can also change what happens when you hold down on the earbuds, If I remember correctly they're set to turn ambient noise on/off, but I have mine set to change volume instead.
Hope this helps!
