What works for me is just shaking the headphones untill the bottom part comes off and then taking off the top half
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You have to keep it open and hold on to the lid from the inside and keep the outer lid from moving while trying to close it. The original lid will slide out and you can take the case off
