“Ok the case fits great, but now how do I get the case to come off the original bud's case?”

• What works for me is just shaking the headphones untill the bottom part comes off and then taking off the top half

• You have to keep it open and hold on to the lid from the inside and keep the outer lid from moving while trying to close it. The original lid will slide out and you can take the case off
