• For AT&T, in order to unlock the device, you must have active service with AT&T for at least 60 days and have the phone paid off. After the 60 days, if the phone is paid off and your account is in good standing, you can request to have it unlocked through the att.com website.

• Yes, but Bestbuy sell unlocked Galaxy Fold also

• Find a unlocked version , at&t version even if it's paid off is still carrier locked to the company sadly
