A:AnswerInitially, in select Best Buy stores only (or an AT&T store); not online. This is silly as the Best Buy store I went into has a Samsung dedicated counter but I've never seen a Samsung rep be present. Salespeople tell me it is rare that there ever is one.
A:AnswerOne week and nobody answered you? Then I will try. Best Buy informed me that Samsung only sent each store one of each color on launch day. Is that completely ridiculous or what? Everyone waiting for 6 months and they toss only a handful out to the crowd. Seems like punishment to me? But I must like to be tortured cuz I'm waiting for my order which got jerked back yet again on me.
