- Answer Yes it can. At least for me. I called Verizon and asked them about it last night. Don't have it activated in the store. Buy it outright and switch them online or over the phone with Verizon

- Answer The $7 credit stops should you pay off the device or if you switch the phone. The credits will count monthly for the 24 months until you end the device use, ie 12 months of credits will be applied but the remaining the 12 months will not be applied.
