• Yes, you can use this, or any tracfone, with safelink. You do not change out the SIM card. There is already a SIM card installed. Just call safelink and they will get it activated for you. All minutes and data will be transferred, as well.

• Yes you can use it just swap the sim card from safe link of you don't have the old sim card just call and they switch service over
