QuestionLooking to switch over to Consumer Cellular with unlocked Samsung J7. Are there any problems doing this? Was told they couldn't guarantee it would work as well as the locked phones the sell. They unlock phone after six months with their service.

- Answer Well, this phone usually works with most of the cell companies, lock or unlocked; but you can ask your line carrier before you buy the j7.

- Answer I imagine that depends on your phone service. Mine is compatible with T-Mobile and my service is unlimited North America. The unlocked phones come from different countries and Samsung does not provide a warranty on them. I utilized Best Buy's plan instead. As long as the phone is compatible with the plan, you should be fine, but check first with the carrier. We called T-Mobile with the model number prior to our purchase.

- Answer Wifi calling is a setting on the J7. Turn it on and pair it with your Internet provider and you can call from it. I have T-Mobile service and, as long as the phone comes with the option, it will work.
