- Answer Since this is an unlocked phone should work on all GSM internationally. ATT compatible has nothing to do international GSM. Only means will work on ATT in US. I checked band widths (frequencies) and should have no problem in the Philippines. Personal asking the question should check with local Philippine carries and confirm band widths they are using. My J7 works in most areas in Southeast asia including Viet, Thailand, KL, Hongkong and will probably work in Philippines as well, Just haven't visited Manila in several years. Think you Mom would like this phone. Easy to use.

- Answer Any carrier such as AT&T or Cricket (which uses AT&T tower) is OK. Mine is with Cricket and bought a data plan for it.

- Answer Check the frequencies. If the frequency used in Turkey matches the available frequency on the phone, it will work in Turkey. Check frequencies listed on the specs. This phone has dual SIM capability (convenient if needed) And no, this phone does not have an IP rating and is not waterproof!

- Answer I think you can pick it up instore from any Orlando Best Buy location. However you may have to present the ID and the credit card to the representative for a hassle free pick up. They may hold the item for pickup for upto 7 or 10 days from date of pick up so you may want to make sure you are traveling to Orlando between those dates. I would suggest to also contact customer service for final say. Hope this helps.

- Answer That piticular phone supports GSM not CDMA, in other words is more suitablefor ART & TMO Also need to check how many LTE bands does it support, it will impact your throughput speed
