• For system language, Chinese is not an option. But for apps(like wechat or weibo) and games, no problem at all.

• Possibly. In the "Language" portion under "Settings" there is text that could be Chinese, but I can't confirm that it is not Japanese or Korean. There are other languages that can be downloaded. Also, the phone has quite a lot of languages for keyboards that can be downloaded as well.
