• Yes it is hearing aid compatible although it does depend on your hearing aid. It is best to check with your hearing aid company and see which device they say would produce the best rating for their hearing aids. In the booklet it says that it is a M5 rating when you add in your hearing aid.

• While i do not have hearing aids myself, i cant speak to how well it works, but while i was going through the phone settings, i did see some functions for increasing call quality for hearing aid users
