A:Answer Sure was...right there when I needed it. I called ahead, saying I'd have to depend on Best Buy to transfer files, handle setting it up and ready to go as I had a trip scheduled.
I needed a little time to get my trade-in paid off and it put me in a big rush. When I got to the store, I told Daniel my name and he reached down and handed me a box with the new phone in it. He then answered all my questions, transfered my contacts and apps, put a screen protector on and got me going with the best phone I've ever had
