If state side providers are in that country like AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile who have 5G then possibly. It all boils down to what bands the phone is compatible with, what bands are offered in the country you want to use the phone and what carrier you're going to use the phone on. Your best bet is do your homework and reach out to the carrier in the country you want to use a phone that was intended for the US market...
