- Answer The phone doesn't come with headphones at all (They aren't listed as being in the box) I've read you can call Samsung Customer service and they will send you the regular corded headphones though.

- Answer Hi there, I was having hard time purchasing this phone through sprint/tmobile either through website or in person at the store. By chance I went to best buy and was looking for an unlocked version and the sales person asked me what service and they had one! call around or check around. I think they are pushing the s21 more now but I am a note lover. Good luck in your search

QuestionWhy is the Mystic Black the only color offered for Sprint? All three colors are offered for preorder for both AT&T and Verizon. As a Sprint/tmobile customer, this is very disappointing.

QuestionDoes unlocked mean the device has been used?

- Answer No. It is a new device. Unlocked means that the device can be used with any phone carrier including an international carrier if you are traveling. You will need what is called a SIM card (similar to an SD card) from the carrier to activate your new phone with that carrier. There is a generic SIM card that comes with the phone. If you activate while making your purchase, you will receive a carrier specific one with the phone. You just swap the two to activate with the phone company you chose. In the future, if you decide to change phone companies, you can switch using your same device. You just need another SIM card from the new company.

- Answer Call Verizon to activate with them. They should provide a new SIM card to swap out the one currently in your phone with their's so the phone works on their network. A SIM card is similar to an SD card and allows devices to work on multiple networks. There is a slot at the top of your phone where the SIM card is located.

- Answer You heard wrong Mikey. First of all, Samsung Note phones are Premium devices and the cameras are top of the line. Samsung Note cameras actually outperform iPhone cameras. Do your homework and stop listening to rumors.

- Answer There are all kinds of different leasing plans and different down payment to start some free. But got 300 off and paid 1070.00 cash for my phone upfront since I don't like having alit of bills.
