Hi there, I was having hard time purchasing this phone through sprint/tmobile either through website or in person at the store. By chance I went to best buy and was looking for an unlocked version and the sales person asked me what service and they had one! call around or check around. I think they are pushing the s21 more now but I am a note lover. Good luck in your search
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.From my understanding t-mobile isn't part of best buy. Only sprint. I had a hard time even upgrading because I had sprint but t-mobile Sims. So I had to get new sprint Sims to activate, put them in the old phones, upgrade the phones then get t-mobile Sims. Only Reason I have t-mobile Sims is because sprint tower near me is so degraded its like dsl speed on the network even with a expander box. So switching to t-mobile Sims allowed me to get better signal AND 5g on my note 20 ultra
