This phone a exceptionally expensive! I was seriously worried that it would not be worth it. I am happy to say that it is indeed worth it! I use this device as more of a PDA than a phone. I do not use this for web surfing or wasting time on social media. The screen is BIG and I love the underglass fingerprint reader. *my note 8 had it on the back and that was a pain* It works well with a lot of "paired" bluetooth devices (14 at the moment) If I keep the wifi and nfc off the battery lasts for 2 days of normal use.

I upgraded from a S8+ and this phone is so much bigger, brighter, faster, and has better battery life. I've only had it a week and still getting used to the features. I love it so far.

If you're on your phone all the time, game on it, stream everything, or honestly any other task...telling you guys, Samsung killed it with this one! Worth it.

Best phone on the market. Excellent screen, battery life, speed, smoothness. 5G is great when you're in an area that has it. The only other phone I would consider is the Fold2, due to the massive screen, but it is less powerful than this, and no S Pen. The sole con is the price.

Let me start off by saying the young lady ( can't find receipt to give name) about 22/23 years of age, long brown straight hair, caucasian and works in Mentor, Ohio. She really made me and my son feel welcomed although i am not 1 of the rich. She was kind, full of personality and was authentic!! Good job `Best Buy' for hiring her, she adds something special to this store!!!!! I hate i waited this long to upgrade my Note 9. This is absolutely the best device i have ever laid my eyes on. It's gorgeous (black) with a mirror like effect like my galaxy live buds. Its super fast, perfect weight even with case on. The screen is huge but slender with the edges of the phone totally curved. I really feel like this Note is definitely worth the price tag! This device looks and feels luxurious! Apple could never Lol!!!!

This is a step up from my Samsung Note 9. The camera is better and the response is faster. The s pen have a lot more functions than my Samsung Note 9. The only downside was the loss of the headphone jack.

I've had this phone for a month now, and I'm quite satisfied with the purchase. It's a big phone, but it's a great size for streaming along playing Xbox games via the cloud. I was a little apprehensive about the in-screen camera, but truthfully I barely notice it. Samsung does provide UI settings that can hide it altogether. The camera takes wonderful pictures, but the camera bump is massive so please get a case that shields it when laying it down on its back. My only disappointment is the lack of a headphone jack or usb c to audio adapter to provide the ability to use wired headphones. Overall, it performs well. If you haven't upgraded your phone in two years then this could be a suitable replacement.

I'm happy to have waited for the Note over the s20 plus. Its the size and speed that I needed. It pairs easily with all my Samsung tvs without any extra devices needed. The screen is amazing at top resolution for playing games and watching shows. The 5g speed doesn't skip a beat in grabbing content while on the go. It still connects easily to all my samsung gear. I hope they keep the Note series for years to come.

I really love my 5G Ultra. The 5G is an added bonus. The phone is very fast and it turns head. Some people think its too big but I love it. Watching movies on my phone is so clear and the sound is excellent. I'm still learning the features this phone had to offer. I would recommend you give it a try.

Great screen, very fast, great for productivity the camera is very good. Moves through any task I throw at it. Very intuitive. Coming from a Note 2 generations old. Its a much better battery. It will get you through the work day and most of the evening without a problem. With relatively heavy use. Blutooth range is better with this phone than my previous Note as well.

This is a juggernaut of a phone. Massive size, but if you have big hands, it fits beautifully. It's extremely fast and a great alternative to the s21 Ultra. Plus you get an SD Card slot, so if you're big into photography and videos you'll have plenty of extra storage. Only 2 downsides is all the Carrier, Samsung, and Google's absurd amount of apps. The second, make sure you do the full amount of updates which sucked up a lot of time so don't customize your screens until its all done or it'll wipe it.

I had pre-ordered this phone and upgraded my note9. Big difference. Bigger, faster, battery lasts longer, display is way crisper. Although I think it's too expensive but with the big trade-in allowance, $150 Samsung credit and my $180 best buy rewards I couldn't resist to upgrade even if the note9 works just fine.

This phone totally rules... except for the fact that it lacks a headphone jack! The screen is large, bright and quad HD. It also has great cameras, allowing me to take studio-quality videos and shots. I have yet to unlock all the powers of this phone!

I've always been a fan of Android phones - (never been an iPhone guy. Why is that people buy iPhones anyway - I just don't get it). But anyway, this phone is king of all phones I've ever owned. It is so, so fast with an amazing screen, huge battery life - usually 2+ days for me to fully drain it with regular use, the ability to customize EVERYTHING. Finally, what I buy the Note for above and beyond any other phone is all of the functionality that you get being able to take notes. SIMPLY AMAZING!!! You should get one too!

Great photos for the moments when I don't have my pro camera. Nice features, many I may not use. Phone is a little heavy, but I like the screen size. I love the pen, it works well and allows me to quickly take notes.
