• No u have to do the upgrade deal and trade a working smartphone in to get the 200 dollar gift card and wireless charger they will not give u just the wireless charger if u just buy the phone has to be that deal

• I believe so, I paid for my wife's s6 edge outright and they still gave me the wireless charger for free.
