I have been researching this as well. The only thing that is in black and white is that we definitely get it through bestbuy. verizon told me that they won't match the 150 discount, so buying 1 for verizon through best buy is the best deal. (Samsung Galaxy Note8 (SKU 6015800). Total Retail Price: $936.00. Total Sale Price $306.00 (after $150 savings and max trade-in credits). The best answer I've found is that best buy will send a envelop to return old phone and if not call or visit a verizon (not authorized retailer) and turn in phone that way for promotion discount.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've been told 2x today in chat that the trade in is only if you buy it from Verizon. Granted, these were Verizon sales people but I have gotten so much mis-information from calling and chatting with Verizon before, it's not believable.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had to go to Verizon to get this answered. When you pick up your phone, Best Buy should give you a return envelope/ label to send your phone in or you can go to a Verizon store the same day and submit it in store.
