This Bestbuy.com deal with Verizon does not ask for a trade in (unlike the deal on Samsung.com). Since you are eligible for an upgrade and want the Bestbuy.com deal just try to order on Bestbuy.com . The site will guide you to your options using Verizon rules for your account(e.g. if Verizon wants the old phones as trade in because your contract has not ended or it wants additional monies to pay off your contract early, etc.) if you don’t like any of the options offered then don’t agree to to purchase. I test the site all the time for my options before I make a purchase.
