- Answer If the issue started after you installed a screen protector, then go to Settings >Advanced features > Touch Sensitivity. Enable the setting to increase touch sensitivity for use with screen protectors. Hopefully that solves your issue.

- Answer The agent told me yesterday at Verizon's phone store that you can expand the memory with a micro SD card. I read on their website today that memory can be expanded to 400 gb.

- Answer You can keep your phone unless it says 300.00 off with a qualifying trade in the you wouldn't get the discount if you didn't trade yours in. I bought mine at best buy it was 250.00 off with no trade.

QuestionWhen getting a BOGO phone, can you switch existing phone numbers on your account with the new line phone or does the number on the new line always have to be with the free phone.

- Answer I was told by a Verizon agent, through online chat, that the new line needs to stay with the new phone for 24 months, or the credits will stop. It was mentioned by a couple other sources that it is possible to swap sim cards.

- Answer For a new line with Verizon, customer service told me that, since they bill you for the monthly payments, you can trade in a device, but it's a separate transaction: you use their form online for the trade-in, and once they receive it and confirm its value, that amount is credited to your account.

- Answer Yes!! On the side of the phone it has surround sound. When you lay the phone down on a flat surface, the sound get louder and clear. Super nice to have on a cell phone.

- Answer You can activate anytime, but you will start paying for it on your next billing cycle. You will also only have 14 days to return from the date you sign for the package.

- Answer I believe you are asking how many months warranty the Note 9 has. The Note 9 will come with Samsung's standard 12 month warranty against defects in craftsmanship and parts. If you damage your device through exposure to water, a power surge, and physical damage ( drop or crushing the device, etc..) then Samsung would not warranty the damage.
