Bestbuy is a seller. If you want to know more information you would have to contact Samsung. But the skin for sure comes with any note 9 purchase one time use.

It was only for prorder promotion for the v-bucks or th headphones. The galaxy skin can stll be earned through the phone by installimg the game and playing 2 to 3 matches on it. With in the next 48 hours after you finish the 3rd match you should recieve the skin.
