• To get the wireless AKG headphones I’m pretty sure you have to send proof of purchase to Samsung. They will than ship the AKG headphones to you. That’s what I had to do when they had a similar promotion.

• You have to download the samsung app on your new note 9 once your note 9 comes in. From there you go to the promotions page and follow the prompts. It will have you also show proof of purchase. For me I just took a photo of the receipt that came in my package and sent it through one of these prompts. Once you fo that your all set.

• Kareem, at the store or within your shipping box you should've received the instructions on how to order your complementary headphones through the Samsung Shop app on your new device once it's set up.
