• The Note 9 Sliver version from Best Buy does NOT have WiFi calling or WiFi SMS. I called ATT and even swapped my SIM card and this phone unfortunately does not have WiFi calling enabled. You MUST buy the phone direct from your provider to get that feature. (Latest software installed, the setting for WiFi calling or messaging is no where to be found in this phone.) People at ATT were surprised they couldn't find it either.
