• You can use with boost mobile (im currently using on boost) what i know only gsm phones which use sim cards which is different from the sd card can be used on mexico unlocked. Sprint is cdma which doesnt use sim but call sprint and ask.

• Yes, if it has a SIM card you can actually activate it with Tel-Cell service very easily. If it doesn't have SIM card then there are other carriers that you can still use it with.
