My wife and I have done this in the past, so unless Sprint has changed their policy I would think so.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you can switch the numbers (new device to your phone number). However, Best Buy will activate the phone on the line that is eligible for the upgrade. I'm a long time Sprint customer and they had no problem swapping my numbers between devices. As a matter of fact, I didn't even speak to a person for one of the swaps, I just followed the (Sprint) on-line instructions. Good luck!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, we do this all the time. Whoever wants/needs a new phone gets one, regardless of whose line is eligible for the upgrade. Just let the person know that their phone will be "down" for 15 minutes. Best buy can do it all!
