Check the top of the phone for the carrier. If it doesn't have a carrier it's unlocked/international. If it does, it's only for that carrier unless the carrier is willing to give you the unlock code.

Since I do not work for Best Buy, nor do I have access to their inventory system, I will not have the information you need. When speaking to an associate, it would also be helpful to bring your device, packaging and any receipts you might have with you so they can determine if your phone is the international version. -MrSamsung
