is the phone new or used null

I just received it yesterday...This is definitely not a "Brand New", but looks like it was used for couple days and then someone returned it back to the store. The only way I could tell that it was used was by small scuffs near camera housing, and rest looks "New". It came in a white Samsung box with all accessories, and manual. The one I received has "At&T logo and software"...worked like new.
