How about free wireless buds? null

That was for the pre order. If you didnt pre order the phone, you're not getting them for free.

Good luck getting them. Not available. In true Samsung fashion, they oversold, overpromised and under delivered.

Once I received my phone I registered for the earbuds through my new phone and expect to have them the week of Apr 8th.

i thought i had done the pre order for this S10+ that included the free buds, it never showed up so i must of made a mistake in my process on that so i ended up buying the phone from best buy an then ordered buds on amazon. they do work good but i wish they had more volume .

I ordered the earbuds and received an email stated they will be here in May.

U had to go into the app store and download the Samsung shop app and from there go into inbox and it has the process for u to receive it buds

You have to go to Samsung's website And register Mine are coming in April. So don't look for AM anytime soon but they are on the way.

You have to had preordered the device and registered the device through the Samsung store once you activate the new phone and the earbuds are while supplies last.

6-8 weeks. Says mine will ship the week of 4/22

You can only get free buds if you pre ordered you phone. If you did that, then download the shop Samsung app to your new phone. Go into the app and register your phone to get the free promotional buds
