• Nope. You can use it only on Sprint as it is locked to that carrier. But if you purchase an unlocked version, you can use it on any carrier.

• Possibly but you will need to contact boost to make sure so you don't buy a phone then it doesn't work out and have to return to best buy with a restocking fee
