• I've asked them this question every time I have had to buy a new phone. They have no answer.

• Mostly like cable companies, once they got you they figure they got you and don't care. You can leave them and go elsewhere for a better deal and then go back to them and get a better deal. Seems the companies like this, why else wud they do it?
