• Answer is yes. Payment is over 24 months. But it's at 0% so basically free money. Can't get this price any other way that I can find.

• I was wondering the same thing. My "guess" is that if you do the 24 month payments Verizon will have your business for 2 years. Probably some sort of up charge if you leave Verizon before the phone is paid off.
