- Answer There is currently only Geek Squad Certified Refurbished S20 Ultra's for the 512GB version for online shipping only. We dont know when new S20 Ultra 512GB version is going to be back in stock.

- Answer NEVER they didn't make it they avoid around the answer but they never made it, from the first pre order of this phone I have been waiting on it and it's never came to any store bestbuy included They will likely blame covet 19 but the phone came out before that, I have the s20 ultra 128 and can't find a 1T bit sd either they actually didn't make it either that's Samsung for you
