    • Answer 6 gb ram, Overall phone is not good , less features compared to S10 series was better. You cannot put an extra memory card you need extra C type cable to audio pin for headphone listening. 256 gb out of stock always in s21 you have to buy plus or ultra series if you want 256 gb.
