• A:Answer It depends upon your plan with AT&T. On my plan, it’s $40 per month Cir the service, plus I have a few discounts, veteran, multi-line, autopay, etc. I have the highest plan through AT&T. Your monthly charge would vary based upon your plan and applied discounts. Calling AT&T should give you you’re exact amount based upon your plan.

• A:Answer It does not, I have chatted with Samsung to confirm this and have seen this on reviews from people who have purchased the phone. Such a bummer, the expandable storage has been so great in previous phones.
