• A:Answer We do not get these on a scheduled basis so we do not know when new inventory will be available before we get it; however, I usually recommend that you check regularly on the website and it will let you know when you can order a handset. right now I believe they are available for ship to home, however it does not appear that store pick up is available.

Q: QuestionHello everyone, i got a brand new samsung galaxy s21 ultra 5g one week ago, i’m realising that the battery is draining so much even when the phone is off exemple, i fully charged and slept, i woke up 86% !!! Is this normal with 120 hz and fhd+ ????

• A:Answer If phone is turned off that does not seem normal. however if phone is on and now using then yes samsung has lot of background apps that kill battery life, however it should not use so much batter over night unless your brightness is set to high.

• A:Answer Not sure if a charger from a note ultra 20 works on it . But I had a galaxy 9+. That charger worked perfectly fine. And that one is a 9 volt charger.

Q: QuestionWhat are the connection ports on the phone? Does it have a headphone jack? Why don’t the pictures show the whole phone. Let me see the ends (top / bottom). I am trying to make an online purchase. The images should reflect what I would see in the store.

• A:Answer You can buy this phone without activation. Unlocked device price last I checked is $1,199.99. But with new activation, you can buy it discounted for $900. Device upgrade for existing customers also available along trade in credit for your old phone. That case you would have to go to a Verizon store but most locations are out of stock. So I bought one at BestBuy as recommended by Verizon.
