QuestionCan a micro SD card be used in this phone and can this phone receive FM radio?

- Answer No, I returned my new phones because they did not accept a micro SD card. Instead they want you to use a cloud with limited space so that later you have to pay for more cloud usage. Samsung just lost my loyalty.

- Answer I got mine unlocked and had to call my provider to switch my phone line to the new phone. I tried just putting the SIM card in, but it’s not as easy. They have to change in their system that you’re using a new phone. It’s easy as calling and getting the new phone activated. Hope this helps.

- Answer The USA version in 256GB is only 8GB Ram you must purchase the 512GB to get 12GB Ram pretty dissapointing in my opinion

- Answer It depends on your charger. This phone does up to 45w charging which can charge very quickly, under one hour. @ 25w my phone charges in just over an hour (while not in use).
