“Upgrade to Android 4.4 KitKat ? The specs indicate that Best Buy's device runs Android 4.2.2, but if I buy it directly from Verizon it already has Android 4.4 . Has anybody upgraded their Best Buy purchased device to Android 4.4 ?”

The Galaxy S4 Verizon from Bestbuy will now upgrade to Android 5.0 Lolipop. I just updated mine that I just purchased from bestbuy.com

Please try again later.I know that a lot of times best Buy has good deals on phones that they have been holding onto for a while some of them used an outdated Android processor therefore when you purchase them they are using the previous processors but it will give you the option to upgrade it pretty much as soon as you turn the phone on
