“Inability to perform standard tasks I was given an unlocked Samsung 6S 4G phone in December. I went to AT&T with whom I previously had a month to month contract. I have continually had problems with failed downloads of multimedia files and have no 4G coverage a lot of the time. This is even while in town. I have gone to ATT 3x and they are telling me that when you purchase an unlocked phone it does not have all of the necessary connections to, in this instance, ATT. I was told it would work with my current service and it does not. They tell me to take it back to Best Buy. What do I do to get a phone that works with my service for what I pay for?”
