yes it is $1.00 plus tax and you have to sign a new 2 year contract. Plus there is an additional activation fee just like any new device. It will range from $40 to $50. I just got one and I traded in my old galaxy s4 and got $75 gift card. Since I paid $1 for that phone 2 years ago it was awesome deal to get a $75 gift card. might have to shop around some best buy locations give better deals on trade in than others. But I was told this sale ends Sat? probably a sales tactic but I jumped on it while I could. $1 galaxy s6 edge with 64G was way too good to pass up!
