QuestionExplain this to me: You have a $250 gift card offer and another $200 for a trade in, to purchase a Galaxy S7. In store offer only. But this phone is available only online. Black Friday offer. Managers in store are puzzled as well, cannot explain why.

- Answer I ran the same situation when I was looking online for my local Best Buy's instore availability. I ended up calling the store directly and they did have the phone model in stock. The only problem was they didn't have the color I was hoping for! I'd call your local Best Buy and ask!

- Answer 4000 mah, largest of the s7 phones. The actives have the 3 buttons at the bottom, and are a great feature vs. The glass in my opinion. I used to use a galaxy note 4.

- Answer It differs alot. The active button is its own animal with all kinds of outdoor, health, body fitness apps and sensers . It's bigger too. Easily OEM unlocked in developer options Even has a barometer, elevation,compass,stopwatch, temperature reading, etc. It comes in CAMOUFLAGE....need I say more?

QuestionCan you lock the ringtone control on a high / loud position..For some reason my Active 6 can't and the ring volume slides back to very low and I miss calls..I was told you can lock this in I phones and hope this feature is on the Samsung Galaxy 7Active.

- Answer My ringtone volume never changes and I have it set all the way up or I don't hear it. Unless something accidentally presses the volume buttons on the side the volume stays up. Do you have the phone in a case? That might be pressing the volume buttons.
