• Yes, it has some. But you can disable most of those in the Apps settings.

• No any operator preloaded software, no any carriers' logos. That was also my major concern. It's completely unlocked international US Version with US Warranty. It only has some Samsung pre-installed apps. Great phone!!!

• IT is unbranded, no operator logo nor operator software, just a few Samsung apps. This phone is awesome
