• You can use the Samsung Smart Switch software for the PC to do this from a computer if you are not backing up to the cloud.

• Now you have to use another software from Samsung. Kies has been discontinued. The new program is called: "Smart Switch". Get it from the Samsung website. Remember to keep your phone unlocked, so the pc can read its contents.
