Yes you can cancel at any time since you have no contract. Only thing is their is still an early termination fee but that's connected to your monthly payments on at next plan. So if you're phone is paid off and you own your phone then no you can simply leave them and not have to pay a dime. As long as the phone is paid off it a yours and the service you agreed to isn't contracted so now nothing ties you in for good

Please try again later.Yes you have the option to cancel any contract agreement but as with other wireless providers you would have to pay your remaining balance on your device if you have financed it or if you bought the device out right then theres the early cancelation fees etc.Also AT&T has a 14 day return policy and restock fee so if you've had it for a month than your only option is what i suggested previously.
