“Is the activation fee waived as a part of this deal?”

• The activation is not waived thru best buy, at least not on sprint, but I received a $5 credit towards my monthly phone payment from best buy. If you have sprint they are waiving the activation fee but you will need to pay that extra $5 per month, that's why I went with best buy.
