Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I traded in my galaxy s6 but the trade in policy strictly asks that screens not be cracked or chipped. Phone be functional, SIM card removed, and any expanded memory cards removed. If you're willing, you may want to replace screen before trading it in. Carrier you purchase from should give you better information as they can see what the damage to screen looks like and advise you from there.
