If the points are for Best Buy's rewards program, then yes, you would be able to use those towards accessories, however, using it towards a phone purchase could be tricky unless you are buying it outright, because the rewards cannot be used towards tax, and on the Device Payment option, all you pay to Best Buy in store is the sales tax.
