• ...with best buy, 14 days from date of actual purchase (on your receipt or online purchase confirmation). don't open the box or they will charge you 35$ restocking just to change the color!

• You only have until midnight on the eve of launch. You will first have to cancel you pre order then redo the pre order with the correct color. Best Buy associates can help you in store or you can complete the process online. Keep in mind if you paid any money down or online it might take a few days for you funds to return to your bank account.
