As far as I am aware, the phone should be able to be used on Straight Talk, however, I would contact Straight Talk themselves to be sure, because I know in the past there have been issues with their SIM cards not being compatible with new phones right off the bat. The other option, which would lead to more flexibility for you would be to purchase the completely unlocked version of the phone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought a Verizon Galaxy S9 in March and have been very dissatisfied with Verizon. I tried to go back to Straight Talk which I had for years but they said the phone though unlocked was not compatible. Something about the numbers. Does anyone know any way around this situation? I really want out of Verizon, the sooner the better.
