Was shown by store assoc. when buying the s9+ that you can do at least 2 things simultaneously.

Yes you are able to text, surf the web, check email and pretty much anything whilst on a call with the S9+. I love it!

Depends on your phone plan even with the S8, it also has to be enabled on the phone by turning on advanced calling.

You can, it just depends on the carrier you choose. I believe you can't with Sprint but can with Verizone.
