• When I upgraded, I purchased through Bestbuy online site. It cost me the tax and $30 activation fee. The rest will get added to your monthly Verizon bill.

• Best Buy has a user friendly policy and did not charge until I picked up my phone. They even allowed for not picking up the phone if I changed my mind.
